pending investigation. Anyone found to be responsible for threats of violence or actual violence, or other conduct that is in violation of these guidelines or client policy and procedures will be subject to prompt disciplinary action up to and including termination of assignment and/or employment. To ensure that the Company maintains a workplace safe and free of violence for all employees, the Company prohibits the possession of any type of weapon, concealed or otherwise, on Company or client property or on company time or business unless otherwise provided by law. “Weapons” include, but are not limited to, firearms, explosives, knives, and other weapons that might be considered dangerous or that could cause harm. Employees are responsible for making sure that any item possessed by the employee is not prohibited by this policy or the client’s policy. Any employee in violation of this policy or the client’s policy will be subject to prompt disciplinary action, up to and including termination of assignment and/or employment. 15 briefcases, lockers, desks, enclosures, and persons entering its property, for the purpose of determining whether any weapon has been brought onto its property or premises in violation of this policy. Employees who fail or refuse to promptly permit a search under this policy will be subject to discipline up to and including termination of assignment and/or employment. Dress Code Policy Appropriate attire is required at all times. We wish to put forth an image that will make us all proud to be Company employees. Be guided by common sense and good taste. If a relaxed dress code is permitted at any time in an employee’s local office or at the client site, attire must still be appropriate for the workplace. An employee unsure of what is appropriate should check with his or her Resource Manager or HireGenics Program Team member. If an authorized Company or client representative determines that an employee’s dress or appearance is not appropriate, he or she may take corrective action and require the employee to leave the work area and make the necessary changes to comply with the policy. Smoking Company employees are strictly prohibited from smoking or using chewing tobacco or e- cigarettes in the workplace—whether at a Company location or a client site. If an employee smokes, he or she must exit the building to do so and may only smoke in designated areas. Smoke breaks are limited and may not be disruptive to the completion of work. Drug and Alcohol Policy Because the Company and its employees deserve a healthy and safe workplace that is free from the effects of substance abuse and the problems associated with it, the Company is dedicated to providing a drug free workplace—whether at a Company location or a client site. To this end,

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
