With employees and managers, aims meet the benefits of staff and management as follows: Open skill training courses, provides the current working environment, dynamic and professional, providing preferential policies, ensuring benefits for employees, reasonable wages and bonuses, giving the opportunity to keep them. With community, it is the goal of Vietinbank, redirect to a community development through community development policy and organizing activities for the community SHBC has the same goal and action to meet the interests of employees and managers and shareholders are the same with Vietinbank.
