As a customer, describe two complaints have you had in the past six months regarding a
company you’ve purchased from. If you have not had a bad purchase experience in the past six
months, you may create a potential scenario or use that of a friend or family member.
One complaint is on Fingerhut.
I ordered two tablets form them with an extended warranty both
quit working within six months.
I was unable to get either one of them replaced. Needless to say,
I never purchase from them again.
I a company won’t stand behind their products I want nothing
to do with them.
Second complaint is on Walmart.
I get so aggravated every time I go there.
My husband always
wants to go through the self- checkouts.
Almost every time there is a problem with the
equipment.
