also be included on the proxylballots mailed with the annual meeting notice; and (c) Nominations may be submitted from the floor at the meeting at which the election is held for each vacancy on the Board of Directors provided that the candidate is present or has acknowledged, in writing, his or her desire to be nominated. Section 4. Ballots and Pl'oxylBallots. By not later than ten (10) days before the annual meeting, the Secretary shall cause a list of all nominees for directorships and a proxy and ballot to be sent to each Unit Owner, to be used by those Unit Owners who do not intend to attend the meeting, on which the names of each candidate shall be printed. The Secretary shall cause ballots, containing the names of all nominees for election to the Board of Directors and their manner of nomination, to be dishibuted at each annual meeting of Council; where there is more than one (I) candidate, their names shall be an'anged alphabetically. Section 5. Elections. Directors shall be elected by the Council, fi'om among those nominated, by a plurality vote ofthe eligible voters at the annual meeting, a qUOl11m being present. In the event that there are more nominees than positions to be filled, those person(s) receiving the greatest numbers of votes, even ifless than a majority of those Unit Owners present and voting, shall be elected. Each Unit Owner shall vote for one (I) candidate for each position on the Board of Directors to be filled. In the event that the number of candidates does not exceed the number of available positions, the members can be elected by general consent. 7

At any dnly called regular or special meeting ofthe Council, anyone or more ofthe members of the Board of Directors may be removed with or without cause by the vote of more than fifty (50) percent ofthe all the Unit Owners. Prior to such removal, the director must be provided at least fifteen (15) days notice by the SecretalY and be given an OPPOltunity to be heard at the meeting at which his or her removal is proposed. A successor may be elected to fill any vacancy created by such removal at the meeting at which the director was removed. Any member ofthe Board of Directors who becomes more than thilty (30) days delinquent in the payment of financial obligations to the Council, or who has had a lien filed against his unit for the non-payment of assessments, or whose unit is the subject of a pending foreclosure action may be removed by the remaining Board of Directors after notice and an opportunity to be heard is provided. The remaining members of the Board of Directors shall fill the vacancy according to Section 7 ofthis Atticle. Any member ofthe Board of Directors who has tlu'ee (3) consecntive absences fi'om the Board of Directors' regular meetings may be also be removed as provided for in Section 10(c) ofthis Atticle.
