The feedbacks received from employees when operation the E- file system whether good or bad played a fundamental role in helping improve and make the E-file system. Specifically the relation between key players such as mangemnts, tranies, employess and promrgam cordinators was very direct and transparent. There was a direct realtion between all these groups was needed to bring other orgnazeation, bussiness and structural changes needed to make the systme better and user firendly. ABout 20 percent of the whole employess were directly particapting in impementing addrssing issues with the poc systmen and imoutng ideas in how to make the new system better. The social system desing helped to create a level of cimmuncation and relation between alll the grouples mentoned above that play play different but direct role in the impleamtion of the new E-file systm. These different human intreatcion were alspo directly connceted with the thecnological implemeantion of the E-file systme. The Organzeational sysem also played a vital role in implemeting the E-file change.
