The Third Case The third (3 rd ) case (Ariela Hernandez) is accessed in test mode only. This experience is not a practice run, it is your high stakes assessment! General Information Complete the history, physical assessment, and problem list - each aspect represents a component of your competency. Each time you complete the three (3) required simulation sections, you will have an opportunity to submit your experience (Actually once you complete all the required elements and enter the final page of the simulation, your case will be automatically submitted and you will receive a confirmation stating it has been submitted). In learning mode ONLY, you can compare your questions, problem list, and assessments to the expert. The expert will reveal the required question areas and necessary assessments as well as the problems that should have been identified. You can compare your answers to the expert’s ‘must have’s’ by
