As a manager I would keep the following records: Performance records Customer KPIS New customers Existing customers Customer turnover Customer survey Staff Survey Production service Products Storage Part B 1 How will you overcome this problem with the retailer? As all the problem was our fault, for a simple however costly error from one of our representatives, the best solution that I could think it's to offer a deliver, top priority of the company, free charge of this one. Thinking about to solve this problem that happened with him, so he would receive his product straight way freight free. In order to keep him in our customer database he will receive an exclusive sale offer for the next purchase. 2 What adjustments would you make to service delivery to ensure such problems don’t occur again? In order to make sure that never happen again, I would implement a software that it would be attached together with the order service so the service representative to finish the order request he/she may need to fill the delivery form and book it in one goal. With this software we would avoid missing delivery booking because any of the reasons they say.
