By researchers conducting a survey based questionnaire it allowed them to collect the necessary data needed from Thailand children, so that the Thailand country is now able to come up with a Thai National (PA) plan for the children to decrease sedentary behaviors. This is important to the health field along with society because this is a problem that people are dealing with all over the world. This just goes to show how many people don’t understand the importance of (PA) and what it can do for your health long term. Discussion Limitations in the study were the self-reported questionnaire, where children were filling it out themselves so it might not have been as truthful as researchers wanted it to be. Another limitation to the study was different time frames were used when collecting data in the different types of (PA) domains. However, delimitations in the study were they only examined children in the ages of five to seventeen, the study focused on children from the Thailand regions and they only used one self-reported questionnaire survey to ensure to get the most accurate data as possible. Future researchers should focus on trying to find out which (PA) domains are most affective to participate in for the youth children across the country. Furthermore, researchers should look at different ways to increase the knowledge of the youth children in the classroom setting when they are in school, since children spend a lot of time at school during the year.
