the gift of the Holy Spirit. We see a powerful message that lays out exactly what we need to do to be worthy, “Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." (Acts 2:38). Gods plan has always been to spread his word and to make one world filled with goodness, justice, love, and respect. By him giving us the option to spread his word and the gift of the Holy Spirit he has allowed for his plan to go into action. God has always given us guide lines on how to live our lives. He has also given us a free will to choose right from wrong. By giving us these options, we can do good and continue to keep his word alive or chose wrong and suffer. As a follower of God, I truly believe in the power of giving and being kind to others and to love without expecting anything. “All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that

any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had.” (Act 4:32). I enjoyed reading acts because it is a reminder of all that should be done in order to receive the gift. Another significant part in acts is Act 5 “Peter and the other apostles replied: “We must obey God rather than human beings!” Acts 5:29). This is just a reminder that God should be the only one we need to obey and answer to and we shouldn’t allow for any distraction or misguidance into our lives. As a mother of 3 young children I want to instill into my children how important it is to be kind, loving and respectful to all and show teach them how much life has to offer when you allow God in. I want to tech them Gods word and Live our lives to our best ability in order to enter Gods Kingdom.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
