Running Head: BEHAVIORAL FOUNDATION pet that they will be fed when a bell rings, which is known as a Pavlovian response (Editorial Board, 2011) . How this form can be put in to use today is that because it has to do with observable behavior rather than the unobservable is that we judge people based upon their outward actions and not the inward. When we are asked questions about political figures who are running for office, we are basing our opinion on what we see them doing on the outside and not what they mean to do. We can not know what they mean to do, we can only know what they are doing. Psychodynamic Psychodynamic psychology has to do with the satisfaction of innate biological desires, especially the desire for sexual satisfaction (Editorial Board, 2011). An example of this form of psychology is an infant and child’s need for security through their required trusting of a reliable parent which means that if a parent is there for the child when they are scared, or in need of something and the child knows this, then the child feels safe and secure (Editorial Board, 2011). This form of psychology is used today, especially when it comes to custody cases in which one parent is trying to convince the court that one parent is unfit, because they are not providing for the security and well-being of the child.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
