Write down salient characteristics from elementary up to college. ELEMENTARY Salient characteristic Why is it an important characteristic? The reason why the characteristic is no longer present to us: Shy Shyness is natural to children. Shyness come to us whenever we meet new people. We tend to be guarded since we are not used to communicate with them. But because of this shyness we’ve learn how to be humble; how to be shy whenever someone is praising or acknowledging us. Maybe because we already overcome the phase of being shy or being afraid to interact with other people. When we became teenagers it is just easy for us to talk and chat to our fellows, especially technology is faster to developed. Curious Being curious is very common to every kid. Because at that age we still want to seek answers and learn new things. I’m sure our curiosity did not kill us, (as the saying goes) but rather helped us grow and be more knowledgeable. We believed that teenagers like us are less curious. One factor is that the internet made our life more easier. If we have questions in mind in just one click there will be an answer to it. Leading us to another characteristic which is laziness.

Honest We all know that children are honest than any other human being. This is the time when we really speak our mind. Even the slightest mistake we make we make sure that we will confess or say it. That is what makes the children purest. We all know that it is good to be honest but as we get older we learn how to consider others feelings. We always watches what we say since it might hurt or affect others which we do not want to experience as a teenager. Playful Playfulness is one of the characteristic needed if you want to socialized. This is the time when we were already making friends and interacting with others without looking for our parents. A good practice on how can we be independent especially when we were already about to enter the high school life. Playfulness or the characteristics that enables a child to run or play around was no longer there. Since we are already at our puberty stage. Playing was lessen and if we want to communicate with others a heart to heart chat will be enough. Usually the kind of play teenagers like is playing games, shopping and going out. Careless We all know children will always be careless about his/her action. This characteristic may seem bad but being careless is very important for us. It really helped us to acknowledge our faults and know what is wrong from right by the help or guide of our parents. So since we are old enough to already know what is good and bad. We already throw away our careless characteristic. Because little by little our parents are already telling us our responsibilities. As a daughter, as a student and as a person. HIGH SCHOOL Salient characteristic Why is it an important characteristic?

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
