Aside from monetary reward there is also a Comprehensive Employee Benefits Package. The benefits included are for the employee’s well-being and future wealth management after retirement. The reasoning behind the above indicated strategy is to enrich performance, and enhance retention, and advancement. The organization strives to be the best and have a good reputation for current and potential future employees. It emphasizes heavily on its comprehensive benefits packages and recognition programs to show its employees appreciation. company is dedicated to taking care of its employees, the more likely it is that the employees will take care of the organization (O. Ferrell, Fraedrich, and L. Farrell, 2011, p.18). Key communication components of the TRS An attractive TRS won't be meaningful if workers and future employees don't realize what benefits it reaps. Before the organization begins to discuss the process with its employees, it needs to make sense of a few issues, such as: When and how to communicate with employees of all minorities and at all levels? What is the media of choice? How will communication be spread to employees? After the organization makes up its mind pertaining to these issues, it can begin to communicate the methodology. This will consist of two groups to impart distinctive levels of representations. Considering a need of various correspondence styles and media, group 1 will communicate to the exempt workers, while group 2 is dealing with nonexempt workers. Group 2 will provide detailed information to all nonexempt workers about the system during the on- boarding process. They will emphasize heavily on executing the procedure and company policy.
