teaching department who will help fight this disease and ensure it is detected early efforts to contain it made. The required technology is the root of ensuring that any hospital provides quality services, kidney dialysis machines, optical machines, and other technologies used in surgery and the most important investment that hospital is required to make. With such a large facility, there is no need for referring patients to other hospitals, yet there is room in the hospital with the only problem being the lack of the required technology. Rationale The reason as to why I propose these recommendations is because of the increased cases of cancer patients with most of the dying and other moving too far hospitals due to lack of the required technology and also trained personnel to handle the cancer patients. This being a large hospital capable of holding more than 1500 patients, lack of required technology to treat such kind of diseases should not be a reason. There should be much investment in technology and training of doctors to handle these arising diseases. 1. Measurements of effectiveness To ensure effectiveness, there should be the formation of a new department in the hospital that will be looking at the arising issues in the world that will be requiring special attention of the hospital. This team will be proposing the changes, and it will also be tasked with the implementation of these changes and ensuring there is a success in the implementation. Conclusion 7

It has more than 1500 licensed bed hence able to admit a similar number of inpatients and more than 300 outpatients daily. It has for years served the people of Florida and the USA in providing medical care and teaching services to the university students in the Leonard University of Miami. For many years it has been improving its services to the people and hence catering to the medical needs of the people. There are many challenges that it has faced, but it has a working team of doctors, nurses, and administrators who have ensured that it maneuvers through these challenges successfully. There is still need to improve the facilities especially in the cancer care and surgery center where more advanced technology is needed to help fight these disease 8
