Balancing Personal & Professional Life As I mentioned above my family is my priority on my free days. I have to create balance between my classes and my family. Since I have been doing school work so long I know now how to navigate and make sure every need is met . As an Individual Obtain my MSN within next 2 years. With this degree obtain manager position within 4-5 years. Become nurse practitioner and obtain position within hospital. Leader As a leader I would like to improve on staffing ratios within logical budgets. Improve communication between departments. Support my Resource coordinators to be able to transfer this support to new hires. Team Member To continue to be a “team player”. Be there for my coworkers. Make sure they have all the support, make sure we all are at the same page on education, policies and procedures.
