Through the initiative, the company staff will be able to interact with the clients and through this interaction, the company staff will be able to understand some of the queries that the consumers have with regard to the products and services that are offered by the company. The company will also have the opportunity to interact with other companies offering the same products and services as them thus enabling them to understand some of the strategies that have to be implemented to attract more clients. The interaction may also lead to partnerships between the company and other companies that offer the same thus allowing the company to increase in terms of profit margins. The first challenge that will be seen from the implementation is the lack of a clear platform that the clients can be able to input their comments. The initiative will be mainly aimed at promoting client-company relations but through the initiative, the client may not have the best opportunity to present any comments. This may come to be a major challenge to the company considering that the clients determine the success of the company in terms of the profit margins to be experienced. This applies to marketing as a career considering that a marketer must be in a position to implement the best initiative that will be able to cater for the opportunities that will be presented while, at the same time, try to minimize the challenges that the initiative will present.
