Description of Findings. The USD-Meat data was used to create a histogram that shows the normal distribution of data and best plots the normal distribution of quantitative data. The results show that more than half of families spend between \$1000-1149 on meat. Discussion and Conclusion. The median income is roughly \$97000 for families with 1-10 members. The highest expenditure of a specific food is for meat, while the lowest expenditure is for bakery items. In order to save money, fewer meat products should be purchased considering more families spend a large portion of money on meat. Meat is not necessarily needed for diet as protein can be found in cheaper food products. STAT200: Assignment #2 - Descriptive Statistics Analysis Writeup - Template Page 6 of 6
