I initially had my sites on being involved in the Information Technology field somewhere  when I went back to school 10 years ago.  However, I am currently focusing on working  in the Human Resource Management field as inevitably one day being the HR Manager. How will you get there? Continuing to work at my present job where they encourage career development by  coaching and helping create SMART goals. Write about two goals you have for your professional future. (Enter the information in  short-term and long-term goals below).

Short-Term Goal  (2 years or less):   What is this goal, and why is it important to you? (min. two sentences)  My short-term goal is continuing to work towards completing my education and  receiving my Bachelor’s degree.  While working on my degree I hope to promote  since I have recently applied for an administrative position for executive  leadership and eventually move in the human resource department. What are some of the steps or parts of this goal you will need to complete in order to  get your desired outcome?  (min. three steps; may be written as a list or in sentence  form) Maintaining my current action plan that has been established recently and being  held accountable for my own success.  I will openly take feedback given and see  it as an opportunity to grow professionally so that when I do have my degree I will  be ready to confidently market myself for the field I chose to work in.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
