In the words of Kerr and Nanda (2014), there is well
implemented policies and procedures in ANU Sport. Project
Management and performance management system of ANU
Sport is so strong that it is able to implement innovations in its
business on regular basis.
Modified innovation system of ANU Sport includes innovations in the existing products to make them
more attractive and to bring new sports equipment range. In the opinion of Kerr and Nanda (2014), it
is required for ANU Sport to innovate as its business as innovation is an effective management tool
and the introduction of innovation in the business of ANU Sport will result in increasing the revenues
and brand image of the company. In this concern, marketing manager of ANU Sport will research
about the current marketing trends in regard to sports equipment which are prevailing in the market.
After the research of marketing department, production department of ANU Sport will indulge in
production new sports equipment and design department of and the designing department will
indulge in redesigning the existing products of ANU Sport (Mikhalkina and Cabantous, 2015).
