New positions and changing or combination positions are evaluated by having meetings and observations using the job analysis process and they will be placed based on the employments’ skill, abilities and qualifications. Therefore, to analyzing the job, HR managers need to have job descriptions to ‘describe the work that is to be done and skills, knowledge and abilities needed to perform the work’ (Network, 2018). Additionally, many organizations use competency frameworks as a great foundation for combining HR processes around selection, retention, development and career transition to manage and classify the framework (au.hudson.com, 2018) 6.4. On-Boarding and Induction According to akyra.com.au, induction is the event introducing the job and organization to the new employee, while on-boarding is the process that new employees ‘learn the attitudes, knowledge, skills and behaviors required to function effectively within your business’ (para. ?) . them to get acquainted with new working environment. However, these processes have disadvantages inevitably that the induction and on-boarding process is not well-organized so it cannot answer their questions about the job or organization.
