In other word if the proactive heath technologies leaders or management can learn how to change and shape their employees thinking and beliefs by the use of providing experience it will be very possible to make a longer lasting organizational culture and this will impact positively in the industry (Mauborgne, 2005). In another concept of result pyramid that proactive health technology has taken to training its employees in developing this new technology so that it can change the companies and industry at large.

Strategic management 3 Above is an illustration of a result pyramid Another strategy that proactive health technologies can adopt is the blue ocean model or strategies which comprises of four elements which include eliminate, reduce, raise and create. This strategy will push the company not only in questioning the framework but also acting on all elements so as to create a new value curve in the industry. One of the things that proactive health technologies has done is to create uncontested market space which has broken the traditional methods or usual methods that a patient must constantly visit a health facility so that to monitor his or her health .
