Recommended HR policy and procedure supporting forms and documents Policy This policy is use by Grow Management Consultants for recruitment, selection, and induction processes of all stafs. It covers the rules and procedures that contributes to the strategic aims and helps to ensure the continuous improvement in standards and capability. Purpose To ensure that all staf employed are suitably qualified or experienced in relation to the functions they perform for clients, and to ensure that the recruitment and selection of staf is undertaken in a manner that is efficient and efective, promotes a positive image of the college promotes equality of opportunity, and provides applicants with a positive experience. Scope It applies to all permanent and temporary employees and people working at the college including agency stafs, contractors, consultants, and also to people applying for paid or unpaid permanent or temporary work at the college. Objectives To attract and employ stafs of outstanding quality and potential, including recruiting divers( applicants workforce to represent demographic environment and ensure equality of opportunity for a applicants Roles and responsibilities The Principal Consultant will be responsible for implementing the recruitment requirements, conducting the general induction and to ensure that stafs are aware this policy of Line Managers will be responsible for completing the position description conducting interviews when selecting stafs template and Human resources officer will be responsible for providing advices, developing, making recommendation, as well as making adjustment on recruitment policy and processes Procedures Identifying a vacancy The Hiring Manager will normally consult with the Principal Consultant and relevant staf to asset the hiring need. A Request to Hire form must be completed and approved by the Principal Consultant to begin the recruitment process. The hiring manager is responsible to articulate position and work requirements, draft documentation including advertisement (s), selection criteria candidate information and composition of the Selection Committee; and to identify requirements for pre-employment checks - including identifying whether the position is child-related work.
