Organizational leadership - deals with both human psychology as well as expert tactics. Organizational leadership emphasizes on developing leadership skills and abilities that are relevant across the organizations. It means the potential of the individuals to face the hard times in the industry and still grow during those times. It clearly identifies and distinguishes the leaders from the managers. The leader should have potential to control the group of individuals ("Organizational Leadership," n.d.) Policies and processes- “ The basics of an organization that includes planning, executing, and controlling. These processes occur at all levels of the enterprise, in many different forms, and under many different names” ("basic process of project management," n.d.). Human capital- “A project manager needs to convince the teams to buy into his vision. This he has to do authentically. It is very difficult to achieve any success in projects without some elements of influence coming from a project manager. Project managers need to be very skilled in this area” ("Human Capital Review - The Human Aspects of Project Management," n.d.). Information management- “The collection, storage, dissemination, archiving and destruction of information. It enables teams and stakeholders to use their time, resource and expertise effectively to make decisions and to fulfil their roles” ("What is information management | APM," n.d.). All the components listed are important to develop relationships with project participants in several ways. Organizational leadership is vital in understanding everyone’s role in the company or project. This also includes how the workflow is distributed and timelines are maintained. Policies and procedures are needed to have a reference or guidelines to refer to when executing the project. This also allows for fair unbiased treatment of employees. Human capital is one of the most important aspects. If employees don’t buy into the vision or feel the leader is incompetent, the project could suffer from lack of motivation and untrusting employees. Information management is needed to maintain all vital records and other important documentation for the project. I would rank each component as follows: Organizational leadership (project has to have a leader and order to succeed), human capital (employees have to buy into vision to complete the work efficiently), policies and processes (employees need guidelines to refer to and abide by), and Information management (the information completed and needed for the project has to be stored and maintained properly).

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
