What are SNPs? SNP stands for Single Nucleotide Polymorphism. SNPs are locations within the human genome where the type of nucleotide present (A,T,G, or C) can be different between individuals.

Gene B is more highly expressed in tumor cells after with Herceptin because it bounds more red mRNA. 7. Which genes are having similar expression profiles? Name two clusters. What does it mean? Gene B and D have similar expression profiles. The expression of gene C and F are clustered as is the expression of genes B and D. 8. Based on the graphs, which genes responded to the drug herceptin the most? A and E gene responded to the drug Herceptin the most.
