Chi’dzigyaak and Sa’s where all on their own the winter season. They had struggles, considering their old age, however, they were able to hunt small animals and make shelter for themselves, as well as all the other things they needed to do to survive. The women are fortunately, able to survive the whole winter season. Then came the summer where things were much simpler, with shelter and catching food. After the summer ends, the following winter came.The people had returned where they had left the two old women and notice that they were no longer there and no remains of them. Concluding that they had left and tried to survive the harsh winter else where. Some of the tribe was then sent to track them down, because they understood that the women were useful and had the skills to survive and that the tribe could benefit from. After some time, the tribe of men found Chi’dzigyaak and Sa’. The women had refuse to leave with them, it took some convincing from Daagoo, a main leader, to promise them peace and help. The two older women agree to reconnect with their tribe and from then on, The People will never leave behind elderly members of their tribe. The women in the story were able to prove that, young or old, in order to survive such harsh conditions, you need to be knowledgeable and have a companion to help uplift one another in the time of need and regain the skills they once
