Both of these programs can offer benefits to the Americans that are eligible to receive them, without these some Americans would suffer poorly. Every American that wants to receive these benefits needs to educate their selves to make sure they can get the full benefits that they qualify for. All of this information can be overwhelming during the application process alone. These programs are there to help people so if certain Americans need the help, they need
