The management style of The Leftovers may be bringing lousy reputation in the business, which may force the employees to leave the workforce. Therefore, it is crucial for the CEO to ensure active leadership where there is employee engagement and motivation. A business executive helps to shape its fortune over the long term, but the CEO’s behavior and the management style adopted by the business may take the organization in a direction that ruins their reputation making them lose their employees. The management of The Leftovers needs to focus on the diversity and management style of the business to become more diverse and increase the employees’ morale and motivation. As a result, the employees will be more willing and motivated to work for the restaurant. It is crucial for the organization to focus on increasing their diversity and improving the management style. Training the top management on management skills needs to be offered to ensure improved employee retention, create a positive working environment, empower workers, and improve employees’ morale to ensure an excellent reputation for the business is maintained.
