person was in the past, there is always work to be done and areas to improve. And that is what being healthy is, seek for your strongest version of yourself no matter what. Statement of Professional Health Education and Promotion Philosophy Health Education and Promotion are areas that need to be worked on a daily basis. As a future Coach, I seek to prepare myself with the most knowledge possible about these areas besides others. A Coach must be a role model for its athletes, and I believe that is why the first part of this assignment is vital to create a basis for this one. Following the same principles, it is necessary to keep a well-balanced and consistent life, to provide the better scenario possible for the athletes to growth, on and off the field. Knowledge is power, and it must be used even more when it is related to people well-being.

Unit 2 Assignment 4 The second step of my goal is to empower the athletes, giving them the most information possible about their bodies and how to become a better athlete. Being a good athlete is not directed related to being healthy, but I would like to work in it in a way that the athletes would understand and learn about all the small things that can make them a better person. I believe that being a Coach is a form of art. We can shape people in a way that few professionals can. My intention is to leave a mark in my athletes’ mindset, making them learn the most possible so when they leave, they will still know what is important. And I will make them learn how important it is to find their purpose in life. How worthy is to be a man/woman of integrity and stand for what you believe. That is why empowerment is such a strong tool, people come and go, but knowledge is eternal. Making people understand why to be consistent, will set them in a right path to become a better person, and that will lead to great things in the future.
