extensive requiring the project to meet the demands of quality, cost and time (Arrman and Bjork 2017). Several scholars have identified physical fitness as one of the factors influencing mental health and this prompted its inclusion in the survey (Love, Edwards and Irani 2010; Knapp, McDaid and Parsonage 2011). Construction workers are prone to alcohol and illicit drugs (AHS 2016) increasing the chances of developing mental illness (Burns and Teesson 2002), instigating the identification of moral conduct as an important factor to gauge when analysis non-physical health concerns. Social support is noted to have a high impact on avoiding stress and mental illness (Park et al 2012) Large construction companies have been associated to better health care facilities (ElSafty, Amal., ElSafty, Adel., Malek 2012). The size of company gauged by the number of employees determines the health expectations the company should make available for their employees where the legislation provides this guideline. Workers who are not secure in their jobs tend to ignore safety measures increasing risk of occupational hazards (Masia, U. 2010) necessitating the assessing of frontline employees. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
