If exception, an employee will be forgiven for not clocking out is if here was a death of a family member of the employee to his family or an emergency happened such as if he got injured or something of that degree. We will also be sending emails to every employee about what occurred and what we decided on it. However, the names of the employees will not be mentioned in this email this email is not meant to ridiculous but to share a message, so everyone knows what the correct thing to do is. From this moment on the clock-in machine will have a paper taped on the wall that indicate what is acceptable and not acceptable and an email to a supervisor if an employee has any questions. 5
