your needs, they a funding account that the manager can get into if someone needs help with medical bills, gas, food, there is a whole list all the employer has to do it talk to their shift manger or the store manager to get funds out of this account. They have you sign papers and it comes out of your next pay check, this has came in handy for a few people I know that were going thru different treatments and one that just had a baby. They have become an employer of choice by creating a great working environment within their organization, which means that the best people want to work for them. Overall I rate Wal-Mart eight out of ten in terms of ethical behavior and a seven out ten in terms of social responsibility. To improve their ethical behavior the biggest change they need to make is how they handle the promotion of associates. Overall there are more men promoted to management positions than men. To improve interns of social responsibility they need to raise the pay scale. I worked at Wal-Mart so I know firsthand that they do

not a competitive or “livable” wage. I was an associate for almost five years; I still remain friends with employees and managers from there . In conclusion, I rate this organization’s ethical behavior and social responsibility as outstanding. I see no improvements needed per my personal experiences with Wal-Mart.
