The training and information session will be given by vendor's trainers and will resolve all the queries of the employees. Since it is not possible for all the customers to visit the company's headquarters for training, the company would arrange for an online training and information session in the form of a web based or online tutoring session via video conferencing tools, which will introduce this new technology to the customers as well provide them all the information regarding the usage of this system. The customers will be given an opportunity to raise questions and clarify their doubts in the online Q&A session. Apart from this training, customers will be given access to online tutorials to learn the use of the system on their own. The company will also post user manuals to the customers for additional reference regarding any problems in using the system. The company will also set up a helpline for customers to resolve their queries and issues regarding the use of this system. The customer service representatives will be trained to handle all the queries of the customers regarding this new technology. Further, customers can also resolve their queries via live chat or emails. After the initial launch period of this technology, the company would invite feedback from the internal as well as external customers regarding the usage of the system and will ask employees as well as customers to provide their feedback for improving the system.
