how to shoot it. Nobody would invade us or even attempt to rob a bank if everyone conceal carried his or her weapon. It takes plenty of common sense to be aware if it is safe to own and store weapons in the house. Weapons must cared for and protected from misuse to prevent harm to other people. Most shootings happen because somebody snaps and decides to take out their anger or frustration on others. One would think that it is common sense to not teach people that have psychological disorders or personality issues how to shoot or to allow access. Some say that this is mean and unethical, but it is absolutely dangerous because there is that slight chance for the absence of rational thought. Even parents need to be aware if their children are responsible enough or not to have any knowledge on weapons. Weapons should be allowed but with certain restrictions. Certification programs are a must, which allow the people to learn and know how to safely and responsibly use their weapons. Common sense is equally as important because weapons need to be kept

3 Lucci safe from misuse and causing harm to the public. Media and uninformed media-fearing people also need to be informed as well as what to be aware of. Guns are not bad; people are bad. Guns do have the ability to kill people, but so do ham sandwiches.
