Flyers, stickers, coupons and other promotional items will be an ongoing cost of around $1000 per year. These are items that our team would distribute at events to promote our business. This will be done at all stages of our marketing plan. This is a great way to spread the word to potential customers and their families. The promotional items can be taken home and distributed with orders as well. The second stage of our marketing strategy would involve the on-site location of our company. Adrenaline Sports will be continued online so all the previous goals will still remain in the plan, but our new goal will be to promote the location we open up as well. All the previous strategies will now encompass the store too, but we will now include local advertising as well to promote the opening. Our goal is to promote and gain exposure for our store location. Once we decide on a location a typical ad campaign will be very beneficial. Not only will we be advertising online, but in local newspapers, magazines and even local radio programs. Costs for this will range from $50 to upwards of $500 for ads. In the

Part 2 Executive Summary: The purpose of this plan is to achieve an online presence that is recognized by the action sports community, and is utilized for being a dependable and recognized brand. Situation Analysis: Adrenaline Sports is entering into an industry that has a lot of other competitors. Though we are aware of the competition, we believe that what our brand has to offer will set us apart from the others. There are several very well-known and used action sports online catalogs that can be accessed, our goal is to be the leader in this industry. Because we are coming into an industry that does have competition we are aiming to set ourselves apart from the others by promoting our brand. To achieve this we have decided to use our mission as an example to customers of what to expect from us and that is to provide them with the best possible products and service from people who know how to use them and want to make each use personal and fun. We also want to promote the fact that we are an action sports community that wants to give back and support our customer’s needs. Because we are not alone we have to use our marketing to set us apart from the competition. One problem is that if action sports is searched there are hundreds of sites that pop up. This is where we need to use the experience of the web manager to guide us a bit. Our advertising needs to be noticed and needs to be seen. There are banner ads and pay by click which will give us a bit more exposure. This will be important when the key terms are searched. This is an area where our web manager will come in handy. They will be able and expected to get Adrenaline Sports at the top of the search

engines as well as on other pages like XGames and other local and national event pages. By making and posting banner ads on sites like these we will be introducing ourselves to our potential clients. It is important to expose ourselves to customers interested in action sports, both as athletes and spectators.
