Each quiz is worth 20 points. Final Project: This is a research project on a culture or subculture, using class readings to contextualize the group. Each student is responsible for commenting on two classmates’ projects. I will post more details about project requirements online. Evaluation of a student’s performance in this course is guided by the following grading criteria: A (450-500 points): Outstanding achievement of objectives B (400-449 points): Highly satisfactory achievement of objectives C (350-399 points): Adequate achievement of objectives D (300-349 points): Passing, marginal achievement of objectives F (299 points and below): Unsatisfactory achievement
