amount of information. While this plan is typically more involved for management it does yield great results. Two main units of measure will be the level of efficiency during the duties being performed and the level of safety one exhibits. This will ultimately be compiled by the supervisor of the employee as he observes the performance of the individual being evaluated. This is considered to be successful when the individual exhibits safe working practices and no incidents as well as being efficient in managing customer baggage without issue. During the initial phase of employment, the employee will be evaluated daily on their progress. Upon completion of a probationary period the employee will be evaluated every six months. This will be communicated during a face to face meeting with the supervisor and employee. This will allow a time for the employee to ask how things could be performed better and also give the supervisor a chance to voice any praises and concerns. References

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
