The treasury division is interconnected with marketing division. The treasury division handle the budget of Vietinbank, and marketing division handle the marketing activities and this division need money to advertising Vietinbank, so this division report back to the treasury division to have budget. Marketing division help customers understand more about Vietinbank, and treasury division handle the money to let Vietinbank operate financial and business services. The human resource management division has interrelationship with communication division. Both these departments handle the same thing, is about the human resource. The human resource department handles the matter related to manages employees and recruits them through interview or online recruitment, while the communication department handle the need of employees about salaries, work environment and solve disputes between employees in different departments. These departments will help Vietinbank in manage effective in human resource and have good connection with other banks. F. Approach of recruitment, selection, development and training, performance management and reward systems 3.1 Source of recruitment The human resource management department can recruit employees through internal or external. In internal recruitment, the human resource department will carefully select employees that have good performance in business and wil promote them to new positions or transfer to a new branch, where they will work in a higher position. As for external recruitment, the human resource department xcan recruit employees in two ways: first, its traditional way; second, its through online recruitment. profile of potential people and consider if they fit for the position or not, and then send them emails to invite them to join the bank. 3.2 Job analysist, job descriptions, personal specifications and competency framework selections a) Job analysis In HRM department, the reason why people in the evaluate the new positions is new positions wil help the bank improve more in financial business and to expand furthermore the bank to across the country, also, will help the bank in different projects. When employees change their job and transfer to new positions, its makes employees more motivate in their jobs and do well in business. The human resource managers evaluate employees performance and how they do in their jobs through monitors their performance, or managers evaluate the position in bank and deem that position need in the bank or not by give employees surveys about the position, or managers can speak their own ideals about that position with the higher ups in meetings. b) Jobs description Employees can apply for many positions in the bank, for example like apply to the position of deputy head for the new branch, they need at least over 7 years experience working at credit institutions, have a diploma of economics and fluent in English. They need to report all the business transactions and financial business for the managers, and managers will report back the higher ups in the main office.
