Australia has one of the most culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) populations in
the world. It is estimated that about 40% of the Australian population is made up of

immigrants and their children, and that about 15% speak a language other than English at
home.
This is make a social changes in Australian and affecting communities from diverse
backgrounds with understanding in cultural and economically changes in selling such as
food and other need of people from another background needs (e.g. coles has an aisle for
international food that really help for immigrant that stay in Australia and miss their country
food product). This is also affect the politic and give the government chance to build a
relationship with another country to make a safe and win win solution in political
environment.

If these laws were breached, the consequences will be different according to the law
that has been breached. But this thing will generally occur the consequences in these 3
aspect: fines, litigation costs and bad publicity for the company that breached this
