Guide to teaching life skills and self-study methods for students. o Recruiting people with ethical qualities and professional qualifications to meet the requirements and job duties assigned to work at the school unit. Requirements The recruitment organization must strictly comply with the current regulations of the State and according to the decentralization; ensure equality, openness, transparency, fairness, objectivity and competitiveness to recruit the right people, in accordance with the job title structure based on job placement, meeting the human resource needs of each agencies and units. 2

Principals and Grounds of recruitments 1. Based on the job demands, only a sufficient number of employees will be recruited against the assigned payroll norms according to the job positions of each announced unit. 2. The organization of recruitment must ensure publicity, transparency and objectivity and in accordance with law; ensure competitiveness. 3. The recruited persons must ensure the professional and professional standards associated with the job title and job title category to be recruited. 4. Applicants must take full responsibility before the law for the legality of the documents in the application file. Cases of false declaration, fake documents will be canceled recruitment results and handled in accordance with the law. In case there are 02 or more people with equal admission results in the final criteria to be recruited, the person with a higher score (interview or practice score) is the winner.
