On the other hand, non-directive approach, which was pioneered by Carl Rogers, believes that the role of the counselor is only as a ' facilitator ' , rather than as a decision-maker. 05/10/2018

Those who support this eclectic approach suggest eclecticism as an approach that allows the individual (counselor) to build his own theory by referring to theories that have already been established and known. 05/10/2018
