aroused an interest in how human psychology is oriented. Mental health is a research area that fascinated me. I would love to explore ways of preventing mental disorders, its co-morbidity with other ailments, and treatment. My interests are both intraracial and interracial and further expand into improvements and changes in mental health. My interaction with various age groups and individuals has greatly widened my cognition of interpersonal interactions and how various people handle crises in their own unique ways. I observed how current care models and treatments fail to address the problem of mental health despite mental illness accounting more than a-third of the planet’s disability cases. Mental health issues comprise depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder and affect people of all ages irrespective of gender, race, or socioeconomic status. Mental illnesses are comparable to wars, poverty, and humanitarian disasters, and in most cases, lead to suicide, one of the commonest cause of preventable mortality among young adults and adolescents. Socioeconomic costs increase the burden of mental illness making it a major pandemic of the modern world. It is positioned to become the planet’s most challenging health issue in future. Regardless of the availability of medication, treatment costs, inefficiency, and safety concerns imply that the needs of people with mental problems remain unmet.

Surname 4 A large number of people suffer from depression and on average, it takes a decade to find treatment after a person shows signs of mental health problems. Mental health is accountable for most disabilities affecting people aged between15 and 44 years and despite changes and improvements in mental health treatment, there are still barriers in which need overcoming. Other than worries about safety and efficiency of traditional treatments, the existing framework of care is restrained by disparities in the dissemination of health services to various economic groups and non-integration of mental services into primary care. The restrictions of conventional care model warrant a re-examination of joint care models that can tackle mental issues adequately in primary care settings. In particular, they need to consider the social, medical, cultural, and psychological factors that shape the progression of mental illness. It is evident that
