In general, holacracy can create a different outlook within an organization.Why Incorporate Holacracy?Incorporating holacracy says that an organization is willing to change their least effective system for a better one. There are various reasons to incorporate holacracy into an organization especially if it’s going to be beneficial to organizational success. Holacracy offers a new “social technology” for governing and operating an organization by distributing authority, which signifies an organization’s flexibility in wanting to adjust to keep operations going. Another reason to incorporate holacracy is the healthy development and unified bond thatis created among the team. The traditional functions of CEO and executive teams under hierarchy are replaced by the functions of holacracy, with the peer-to-peer processes requiring everyone’s participation (HolacracyOne, 2015). So, decision do not have to travel from to top to the bottom. Decisions are made under a team concept.With the ever-changing society and business world, holacracy would be more fitting for organizations today. Hierarchy platform is outdated and need an upgrade such as holacracy.
