2C. I notice that this behavior is usually done in the morning or early afternoon, and then proceeds throughout the night. There is not specific place that it occurs at. It starts at my house but continues all over the greater Columbus area. It still usually consists of my family members and close family friends. And usually they it is being done under stressful or forced situations where I feel guilty. 2D.

I noticed that I am not really given other options and that I am told always in short notice. I also have noticed that it is more like I am being told rather than even asked, which is part of the reason why I feel I am required to say yes all the time. Whenever I am asked, they ask me in a soft spoken voice that sounds somewhat sad and I think that is the reason why I feel guilty if I would say no. 2E. I have noticed a change. I do not just have this problem at work that I feel obligated to say yes but I also have that same problem in my personal life and I just never realized it. My new goal for this project is to learn how to say to no to people in my life without feeling bad or obligated to do so.
