20. “Greed is good” My personal opinion of what should be done, is most closely described by: a. It’s not good or bad. It’s just how things are. b. Absolutely! Absolutely not! Greed is bad. It leads to much pain and suffering. Choice now: B Choice in assignment 1: B Notes: In order to achieve good things in life one should have that element of greediness, from the capitalist view point the aim to make more money from other people and therefore achieving the goals. Summary Number unchanged: 13 Number changed: 7 Conclusion To conclude, looking at the preceding sections of this portfolio, the most important things which I learned in this module were: Many things have come to my attention after going through this module of what is taking place in this world, not all of us are having normal lives and not all of us have access to good life. There is only a hand full of people who are using resources to their own advantage and not giving or helping those who are in need or lacking such resources since it vest in the hands of those who are rich what I refer to as unequal distribution of resources. Selfness also prevails among individuals, yes I can agree to this in such a way that one have to enjoy what he or she have worked for, this also can motivate others in a way that if you are to see another person driving his car or living in his mansion as a results of hard working then it will be of great advantage to the community as that person can be a role model to the society. The other things I have realized is that of being self-centered and selfishness is not that good, the society needs you doing good for the society is the great thing. This I take it from the questions that I came through on the assignments taking note of the richest people who own most of the assets, they operate their business, get labor and make money in the same societies which they are not helping hence to me I think it will be wise to give back to the community or to have a social responsibility schemes where they are having their business operations by so doing it will save to have a fair community, it also brings me back to one of the question above which suggested that the only way to

make money from the poor is to keep them poor, from my point of view I do think it will however have negative effect on to the business man as a result of that the poor will reach a stage where they will not be able to afford to buy hence no money will be generated. Having to analyse the case of Bossan I would argue for him as he deserve it because of his post, his qualifications and work experience will make it possible for him to earn such amount, we should also be aware that the company is growing and already it’s a big company so if it is because of his policies that make the company have bid returns, probably he is doing well for the shareholders and therefore he is rewarded more. This shows me that good work and working hard pays and it came to me as a lesson. This module teaches people on how to live with others in a community of different income levels or age groups, it also teaches on how to deal with the universal problems like the climate changes. With the assignments that where directed to such issues one will then realize the need to cooperate with others, like the issues of saving the rhino and also to deal away with global warming.
