LEARNING TEAM A: IMPACT OF PERSONALITIES AND DIVERSITY5workplace (Hitt, Colella, & Miller, 2015, 412). As well as someone who is assertive they speak their mind and get noticed. Managers and employees take people who are assertive serious. How do abilities impact organization performance? The abilities that employees bring to the workplace can impact organizational performance. When employees can work as a team, bring and put ideas together, meet goals such as deadlines, and give their job performance their all, the success of an organization is worth all the hard work. When employees lack abilities, an organization fails because employees do not have the abilities to get the job done, or they do not want to put in the effort to get goals accomplished. Skills and personalities impact organizations in a positive way, if they have employees with a combination of personalities and abilities. Personalities like extroverted and assertive bring forth employees who are not afraid to speak up.Employees that work as teams to achieve deadlines, as well as goals, make an organization succeed to a maximum level. One could see if employees have these abilities and personalities by taking personality tests. Resumes or applications will give this kind of information about an employee like a personality test.ConclusionIn conclusion, our team has a variety of different characteristics, and although some are more popular and extroverted than others, we all bring traits to the table that can counteract misjudging and people management. The personality tests revealed results that can better help each member understand how they react to situations and may help encourage other members to improve in their weak areas to better serve organizations in the future. All in all the diversity of the team each brings their twist of abilities to the table and although some are stronger than others we all can work together to push out excellent outcomes by pairing opposites to attract better results.5

In turn, these new consumers also birth new employees of different backgrounds, cultures, and traits which form diverse groups of employees to help achieve new strategies and ideas to serve their customers. Some different diversities that are present within groups are race, age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, physical abilities, religious beliefs, socioeconomic status, political beliefs, and other beliefs (Patrick & Kumar, 2012).If employees are not familiar with working with others who do
