Since I join the organization, I learn and achieve a lot of thing. One of them is how Imanage a training for my team. There are several training and development that I givethem:On-the-Job Training– this is when team members shadow more experiencedteam members to learn a new skill. This type of training is easy and cost-effectiveto set up.Instructor-Led Training– this is similar to a "class," where an experiencedconsultant, expert, or trainer teaches a group.Online Training and E-Learning– this can be particularly convenient and cost-effective.Cross-Training– this teaches team members how to perform the tasks of theircolleagues. Cross-training helps you create a flexible team, and can lead to highermorale and job satisfaction.Active Training– Active Training involves games, group learning, and practicalexercises. This type of training is often effective, because it pushes people to getinvolved and be engaged.MentoringorCoaching– these can be effective for helping your team membersdevelop professionally and learn new skills.I will make sure that I take into account people's individuallearning stylesbefore Icommit to any one training program. Everyone learns differently; my training will bemost effective if I customize it to accommodate everyone's best learning style. Acostbenefit analysismight also be helpful here, especially if the training I am considering isexpensive.Besides that, I also help my team membersget the most from their training. Encouragethem to arrive on time, take notes, and communicate with their instructor and each other,about what they have learned. It might also be helpful to perform a type of "after actionreview" to see how the training went.I also achieve in this organization by improving my leadership management. Kotter(1988) argues leadership differs from management, he said, addressing the complexityassociated with the management. Effective management resulted in an orderly mannerand consistent. This is done with formal planning, organizing organization, and
stabilization of revenue compared to plan, leadership is associated with change. Leadersset the vision clear, convincing followers of the vision and spirit to overcome obstacles.
