There are three types of degrees which are bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral and there are two types of programs which are the undergraduate program and the graduate program. The undergraduate program is designed to provide the basic knowledge and skills needed for entry-level positions and in the graduate program is where the person has already obtained an undergraduate degree and they want to pursue their career even further. Aside from this there are professional organizations that help health administrators continue their education or obtain their certification such as the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management.
