Pay them off or medical bills because they got sick

pay them off, or medical bills because they got sick and didn’t have a job, so they didn’t have insurance. There are thousands of other reasons why they could have less than perfect credit, but I do not believer that it should reflect on them regarding employment. My situation was a lot like this. My older sister and I got into a physical altercation and unfortunately, she pressed charges on me. So, for the last 8 months I have had the hardest time trying to get a job because as soon as they pull up my background check they see an assault charge and automatically think I am not worthy of this job. Although I have a lot more credentials for the job than some of the other candidates. But if they would have sat down and talked to me and let me explain my situation maybe the outcome would have been different. All in all, as the old saying goes, you can’t judge a book by its cover. Just because someone has one back thing going on whether it be bad credit, a charge on their background check or no transportation, you really must get to know them before you can assume the worst. People go through hard times and this manager could have given this candidate a way to make her credit better if she just gave him or her then chance.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
