This application of statistics could lead to increases in the quality of patient care, which would then lead to patients having the best outcomes. This also would lead to health promotion because after analyzing the data education can be given to improve patient’s knowledge about associated behaviors and risk factors. The ability to understand data and apply it is an essential skill for leadership roles.
