1.Summary of job role1.1.Employees will be required to work an average of40hours each week.1.2.Employees are to carry out their duties competently and as described in Schedule 1.1.3.Employees must comply with Grow Management Consultants’ current and futureworkplace policies.2.Remuneration2.1.Employees will be paid their remuneration in arrears on aweeklybasis.2.2.Superannuation contributions will be made each quarter on behalf of the Employee.3.Probationary Period3.1.A probationary period of be three (3) months applies to all new employees. Duringthis period, either Grow Management Consultants or Employee may terminate theemployment.4.Leave4.1All employees are entitled to four (4) weeks of paid annual leave each year. This willbe on a pro-rata basis for part-time employees.4.2Employees must apply for and have their annual leave approved.4.3All unused annual leave that the employee has accrued will be paid out when theemployee leaves the company.BSBMGT617 Task 2
4.5Any other leave will be negotiated between the employee and Grow ManagementConsultants according to the provisions of the Fair Work Act.5.Staff Code of Conduct5.1All staff are bound by the requirements of the staff code of conduct.6.Termination6.1If an employee resigns, the employee must provide Grow Management Consultantswith the appropriate amount of notice according to the Fair Work Act provisions at thetime.6.2If Grow Management Consultants terminates the Employee for any reason other thanfor misconduct, Grow Management Consultants must provide the Employee with theminimum period of notice in writing as set out in section 117 of the Fair Work Act2009.AGREEMENTGrow Management Consultants and the employee hereby agree to the terms of thisAgreement. Any future variations to this agreement will be made in writing and signed byboth parties.Description of DutiesPosition1.Your start date will be 1 May 20202.Your employment will be full-time.3.The duties of this position are set out in theattachedposition description. You will berequired to perform these duties, and any other duties the employer may assign to you,having regard to your skills, training and experience.4.You will be required to perform your duties at 5 Wellington Way, Melbourne 3000, orelsewhere as reasonably directed by the employer.Probation1.A probation period will apply for the first 3 months of your employment.
