The penalties from the violation of this law can reach up to $7000 and wilful or violations committed knowingly by the company can attract up to $250,000 in fines. Implementing required training will prevent these violations from occurring on a regular basis. Regular inspections will also ensure that any such possible violations are discovered and addressed quickly. Basically in order to create a healthier and happier work environment, it is essential that the management and the employees are trained on a regular basis and are informed about any changes which might impact them. Training workshops will be an important part of the work at Blossom's Up in order to ensure that the workplace is healthy and happy with no employee feeling left out. References
